Thank you for using PicFinder. This article will be regularly updated and include practical info on how to manage your account.

PicFinder is a very new service and we're still a very small team. We're working tirelessly to improve our capabilities every day. In the meantime we hope to benefit from your understanding that our feature set is a little more limited than you might be used to from services who have been around for a few years.

How can I create an account or place an order?

PicFinder includes a starter tier that offers first-time users the possibility of generating images without having to sign up, login, or make any payment. When the starter image allowance cap is reached, a registration panel is shown that offers the possibility of creating a free account or upgrading to a paid account. You can also register for a free account starting here.

What payment methods are accepted?

When signing up for a paid plan it's possible to pay with most debit and credit cards through our external payment processor, or to use a PayPal account.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription please email us or reach out through our web chat support process from your account-registered email. If there was any issue that led to your cancellation, please let us know. It's important for us to keep PicFinder working great for our community, and the support of our paying users helps immensely.

Upgrade or downgrade plan

You can change plans directly from your account, in the user admin panel.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the PicFinder service, we do not issue refunds. The only exception we would consider a refund is if the service is having severe functionality issues, for an extended period of time.
